COVID-19 RESPONSE UPDATE April 15, 2020 HMI and its subsidiaries are committed to keeping our partners informed of our efforts to respond to the COVID19 pandemic. Throughout this ongoing and extremely dynamic situation, we are diligently monitoring developments, following all CDC and government health official guidelines, and making informed decisions. We have expanded our COVID-19 Pandemic Plan and wanted you to be aware of some of the measures we are taking for the safety and protection of our employees, our clients, and the communities we serve. At HMI and its subsidiaries, we are: Ensuring team members utilize face masks and are trained on their proper and effective use. The masks we are using are non-medical grade and are not reserved for frontline health care workers. Providing sanitation stations at all worksites and ensuring all employees have the proper personal protective equipment. Ensuring employees across the country adhere to strict practices regarding social distancing and proper hand hygiene. Adhering to a restricted visitor policy at all of our job sites and facilities. Expanding our already stringent cleaning procedures. Work areas, vehicles, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily. Enforcing mandates that sick employees stay home and do not return to work until medically cleared by a physician. Communicating important updates, safety protocols, and coronavirus resources to employees through a robust COVID-19 information hub. We understand circumstances at this time can change rapidly. We are prepared to implement necessary measures if the need arises and will keep you informed if and when they occur. To ensure the safety of our team and all those who are impacted by the important work we do, HMI and its subsidiaries will remain vigilant and fully engaged in monitoring this situation and adhering to all CDC and federal, state, and local guidelines. These are unprecedented times. We are immensely proud of our employees who have risen to the challenge to serve our partners and communities during this crisis. The work we do is vital and essential to the critical industries that must remain in operation to respond to the needs of our nation. You can remain confident that we will continue to provide the high-quality, reliable, and secure service you have come to depend on from HMI, both now and in the future. We are grateful for your trust and support and wish good health and safety to you, your employees, and your families.
